Our 63,000-square-foot facility houses more than 40 machines in six basic work areas laid out to ensure an orderly flow of parts and machines through the plant. In our Tool Room, lathes, knee mills and other processing machinery turn and thread parts and components for standard and special machines.

Power feed units and other components and parts are tested and repaired in our Assembly Area. From there, parts to be used as components are funneled to the Machine Build Area, where they are incorporated into standard and special order machines.

Quality at the Beginning, Quality at the End

Additional functions, such as deburring, honing and grinding, take place in our Secondary Operations Area. Our CNC Area houses vertical and horizontal machining centers and CNC lathes.

Finally, all products pass through our Quality Assurance Area, which houses coordinate measuring and gauging machines for final inspection before a product is moved to shipping for transport to its final destination.
